Blue Cardinal provides expertise in planning, establishing and enhancing conditioned-based maintenance (CBM), preventative maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PDM) practices. EXPERT ADVICE
We provide expert advice with respect to maintenance strategies, including (a) defining roles and responsibilities of key personnel, (b) formulating maintenance objectives/policies taking into consideration the condition, criticality and cost of asset classes as well as capabilities of client personnel, and (c) developing improved procedures and processes for managing assets and optimizing maintenance activities
SHARING AND ADOPTION OF BEST PRACTICES
We facilitate meetings, discussions and training to encourage the sharing and adoption of best practices and uniform policies in organizations taking into account site specific considerations. We share insights into the practices and experiences of other organizations to make this self improvement process more effective.
PDM/DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES
We provide turnkey Predictive maintenance services or define, train, and coach customers to become self-sufficient in the collection and analysis of diagnostic data themselves, to provide insight into asset condition so that appropriate advanced maintenance strategies can be implemented. Knowing the condition of assets allows for better allocation of scarce resources.
TRAIN CUSTOMER PERSONNEL
We train customer personnel in the utilization of CBM techniques and in advanced business processes to optimize asset performance and lifecycle costs. We train customer personnel (a) to analyze and evaluate CBM data in order to assess asset condition and (b) to formulate the appropriate response to potential problems.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
We provide program management to implement the various processes that are components of an advanced CBM program including definition of tasks, development and management of program budgets, assignment of responsibilities to key Blue Cardinal and customer personnel, project progress tracking and assessment of program results.
WEB-BASED DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED ASP SERVICES
We provide a web based data management system and associated ASP services to track and report all program activities, asset condition data, analysis results, recommendations, and cost benefit information.
